Dr. Kayla Morris brings a blend of expertise and passion to her role at the Dental Health Center of NOVA. She earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry and Japanese at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte before pursuing her dental education at the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Morris’s journey into dentistry was inspired by her experiences as a dental patient. Having undergone braces, implants and various other dental procedures, she developed a deep appreciation for the field and a desire to help others achieve their best smiles.
For Dr. Morris, the best part of her work is making patients feel confident and helping them smile again. She began her dental career in Southern Maryland and then migrated to Northern Virginia. Dr. Morris is Invisalign certified, a member of the ADA, MSDA and NVDA.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Morris enjoys spending her free time cooking, reading, going to bookclub events and exploring new restaurants.
A fun fact about Dr. Morris that not everyone knows is that she speaks Japanese, adding another layer of connection with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Morris is excited to be part of the team where she continues to positively impact her patients’ lives.
