Beth

Beth started working as a dental assistant in 1995. Beth has a tremendous amount of dental expertise and joined the Dental Health Center of Northern Virginia as a front desk receptionist. Beth has been a wonderful addition to our team and will make your experience a great one by helping you with all aspects of your appointment. She can help you to understand your dental insurance benefits and schedule convenient appointment times for you.

Flor

Flor started as a dental assistant 16 years ago with Dr. Lazour. Since then, Flor has received additional advanced training to learn expanded functions. Flor assists with all aspects of dentistry including dental implants and oral surgery. She is certified in Opalescence® in-office whitening system as well as EZ White. Flor is lead team member of the Dental Health Center of Northern Virginia and has been with us since the beginning. She is hands on and enjoys helping anxious patients feel comfortable. When not assisting, Flor enjoys yoga and hiking.

Currently on the exciting journey of cloud engineering, he's blending his passion for dental care with cutting-edge technological expertise. Having delved into the dental field four years ago, Oswaldo brings a wealth of experience to our team. His commitment to providing top-notch service and embracing innovation makes him a valuable asset to Dental Health Center.

While he's busy crafting smiles and expanding his tech skills, Oswaldo is dedicated to his education in cloud engineering. This commitment to staying at the forefront of technology ensures that our dental services are not only reliable but also infused with the latest advancements. Oswaldo's presence brings a unique blend of dental expertise and tech-savvy innovation to Dental Health Center. We're fortunate to have him on board, contributing to our commitment to providing exceptional care in both traditional and cutting-edge ways.

Rania

Rania is thrilled to have joined us in late 2022, bringing her expertise and contagious enthusiasm for dental care. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in biology from George Mason University in 2018, she's been making smiles brighter since 2016. Her journey in the dental world has been nothing short of diverse. From pediatric dentistry to orthodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry, Rania's experience covers it all. Her passion lies in creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

When she's not crafting beautiful smiles, you'll find Rania enjoying the winter vibes. Cozy nights by the fireplace with her husband and their adorable chocolate lab mix, Zeus, make for the perfect winter evenings. Come summer, and Rania trades the warmth indoors for outdoor adventures. Whether it's hiking through scenic trails or gliding on the water on her stand-up paddleboard, she embraces the beauty of the season.
